SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once a tracking number is provided, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you have concerns or need further support, please reach out at kdillard@sub-urbandesign.com so we can discuss.

Please contact us for shipping rates prior to purchase. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase at buyers cost to ship back. After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return.

Furniture Returns

We will not grant a refund or issue credit, no exceptions.

 

We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any significant flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email or call with your questions before placing your order.

 

We are highly particular about the items we accept. You can be confident that we will NEVER accept items that smell of cigarette smoke or other strong odors. We will not sell items that have significant physical or structural damage, or that are in need of refinishing or repair (unless otherwise stated in the item's description).

 

However, we want to remind our customers that most of our items are used, and as such it is possible that items may have minor superficial condition issues which may not have been disclosed in the description, but that a person could expect when buying used items. While we won't accept items with noticeable pet hair or pet dander, we cannot guarantee that items have always been in a pet-free home.

 

Because of this, we RECOMMEND that you visit our store to inspect the item personally to ensure you are satisfied with it BEFORE you make your purchase.
